8:00 a.m. from Mease Hospital, Dunedin, parking lot, far SE corner.  Moderate to brisk pace, depending on attendance and groups... Usually 35-40 miles. Route determined by group. Sometimes joins Publix ride.

8:30 a.m. Starbucks Coffee Ride -- FIRST SUNDAY of the month.  Leave from Curlew & Alt. 19, Publix parking lot, ride to Safety Harbor and back through some nice winding roads. Moderate pace, approx. 40 miles with option for shorter route.  MAP NOW AVAILABLE -- CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD.

Tues/Thurs. 6:00 PM  PINELLAS: Publix parking lot, Curlew Rd. and Alt. 19 at the Trail. Typically TUES is intervals style out to Fred Howard park and THURS out to Trouble Creek. TUES typically incorporates some interval work with opportunities to rejoin the ride -- Moderate to brisk pace. Thursday sometimes has an additional/alternate ride leaving at 5:30 instead of 6 -- also a brisk ride but not training ride fast, which is what the 6pm TH ride typically is.

Tues/Thurs. 6:00 PM PASCO/LUTZ AREA: Suncoast Parkway/Starkey Park ride leaves from the SR54 parking lot. Mileages will vary from 20-30 miles. Pace will be determined by those who show.

Wed. 6:30 PM "Training" Level Ride. A to A+ pace Leaves from parking lot at Publix on East Lake Rd. in Palm Harbor. Not a club ride -- local show n go ride -- an opportunity for the faster riders to stretch their legs a bit. (or should I say pedals?) 20 - 30 miles. Loops with intervals & sprint zones.  LIGHTS REQUIRED FOR RIDING IN DARKNESS.
 

Tues/Thurs. 6:00 AM  Spokes Bike Shop, Oldsmar: various routes -- The pace will be 18 to 22mph with faster intervals. Distance will be 20 to 30 miles. Tues. 8:30 A.M.  Meets at the Publix parking lot at Tampa Road and East Lake. We ride to Clearwater beach over the bridges and to the construction site on Gulf Blvd.  The ride is usually 50 or so miles.  There is a lunch stop at the end of the ride for those interested.

Thurs. 8:30 A.M.  Meets at the Publix parking lot at Tampa Road and East Lake.  This is the Starkey Park/Suncoast/Trouble Creek ride.  The ride is between 55 and 75 miles dependent upon the route and if you ride to the start.  Once again, there is an optional lunch stop at the end of the ride.
