Fix Your Back in Seven Days!

DAY 1: Cyclo-SPIN "Cottage of Wattage"
This is your HIT WORKOUT of the week
(Approx 60 minutes of low back strength!)

DAY 2: Recovery Day (10 min)
(LOOSE & RELEASE IN 5' Optional)

DAY 3: Auxiliary Strength Day (40 min)
Do On the Go Circuits 1&2 Plus, Bonus Ab Blaster

DAY 4: Moderate/Technique Day (70-100 min) Do a 60-90 minute ride outside with high spin tempo of 95 RPM+ the whole ride--Finish with BACK IN 5' and COOL IN 5')
DAY 5: Recovery Day 2--Active 15 min
(LUNGS IN 5' + LOOSE IN 5' + RELEASE IN 5')

DAY 6: Endurance/Group Ride
A 120-180 minute endurance based ride with
90 RPM light tempo--begin with WARM IN 5'
and finish with COOL IN 5'

Day 7: REST AND ENJOY!
TOTAL TRAINING TIME: 5-6 Hrs

*SUBSTATIONS: You can remove mod tech ride if your time during the week is limited. Replace with Cyclo-ZEN 30 min Power Yoga.
